Our Story
We started ConnectEd Circles because we believe the people who care for young children deserve the same quality of support they give.
We started ConnectEd Circles because we believe the people who care for young children deserve the same quality of support they give.
Early childhood work is relational work - and the people doing it are too often expected to give and give without being replenished. Professional development gets reduced to compliance checklists. Family support becomes a referral list. The relational core gets lost. ConnectEd Circles was founded to put relationships first in structure, not just in theory - for the children, for the families, and for the adults who hold them.
How these beliefs translate into practice - that’s what we talk about on the Frameworks page and on calls with you.
Senior Advisor ties to Bank Street College’s Center for Emotionally Responsive Practice, four co-founders endorsed in Infant Mental Health (IMH-E®), active membership in NCIMHA, and delivery partnerships with Buncombe Partnership for Children, Raising Resilience WNC, and Smart Start - the BEAR Program we teach is the one Bank Street built. Based in Asheville, serving WNC in person and programs statewide virtually.
